HACCP programs are now an essential requirement for all food processors. Yet many processors are still unaware and uninformed on this issue. IFT's programs can help the HACCP neophyte as well to optimize an existing HACCP program.

          • HACCP Plan Design and Implementation: IFT assists in the design and implementation of HACCP plans guaranteed to pass regulatory or buyer requirements. We use the US FDA HACCP model form to design a simple, yet comprehensive plan that is unique to your process, easily implemented and meets all food safety concerns.

          • General HACCP Consulting: HACCP plans must be supported by a variety of pre-requisite programs for good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) in developing these needed pre-requisite programs including the Sanitation Standard Operating Practices (SSOP's)

          • HACCP Verification: IFT will assist in developing the required in-house HACCP verification procedures that must be a part of every HACCP system.
